I agree with you about using moneysupermarket.com - there are lots of ways of cutting your supermarket bill. If you buy bogoff deals eg on meat it's good to make double sized casseroles/stews and put some in the freezer. Great for re-heating on a busy day when you don't really feel like cooking.
